    Excellent Health Service in one of the more remote parts of the country. Offer health services covering the islands of the Torres Strait. Great staff.

    I was taught Nursing by Torres Strait Island Nurses. The best time in my career.

    Famous for housing Sir William Bligh after his near 1500 mile excursion on a small boat with 9 of his men (all survived) after being Mutinied by Fletcher Christian (crazy bastard) near Pitcairn Island. This hospital became famous for their homemade aloe vera and sunscreen as Sir William's entire body was chapped like a gay cowboy's ass!
